- Champhorse works solely as an introduction
agent and accepts no responsibility for any written or verbal contact
between clients
- Champhorse does not accept any responsibility
for the accuracy of information given on advertisements whether verbal
or written by clients.
- Champhorse strongly recommends a veterinary
inspection prior to purchasing a horse/pony.
- It is the responsibility of the owner's to
declare any vices or veterinary history to the prospective purchasers.
- Champhorse holds no responsibility and cannot
guarantee any sales or any outcome of matching sellers and buyers.
- All on-line registrations with Champhorse
will be removed after a period of 90 days unless re-registration
is received prior to the end of this period.
- All refunds are at the discretion of Champhorse.
- Champhorse reserves the right to change its
advertising rates without notice.
- Champhorse will not accept any responsibility
for copyright fees of any photographs. Please ensure you have permission
before submitting to Champhorse.
- Champhorse reserve the right to remove, amend
or add any advertisement without explanation or notice
- Special introductory offer is open for a
limited period only, all advertisers during this period will receive
free advertising for 90 days. Once Champ Horse introduces advertising
rates, all advertisers currently on the site will not be charged
for the outstanding period.
- Champhorse will not accept any responsibility
or liability for any viruses or anything else which has contaminating
or destructive properties. Users of the site do so at their own risk.
- Champhorse will not accept any responsibility
or liability for links on our site. These are maintained by the person
stated on the link address and queries should be directed
to them.
- Members are expected to amend / edit / delete
their own ads for the duration that it is on the site, only if the
member should experience any problems will the site administrators
amend their ads for them, this should be requested by e-mail. During
the free period, the ads will remain on Champhorse until the member
deletes it themselves. No liability will be taken by Champhorse whatsoever
from adverts remaining on our site. Once the pay for period comes
into effect the 90 day rule will apply.
